Tour Description: Magnolia Plantation is one of Charleston’s oldest and most spectacular plantations. It is an incredibly beautiful and historical site that includes a variety of botanical gardens and horticulture mixed with immense culture and heritage. Join Chicora Tours in seeing the beauty of Magnolia Plantation! The Magnolia Plantation Tour includes a guided historic house tour, a private nature train ride around the swamps and gardens and a private Slavery to Freedom tour. Transportation is provided from Downtown Charleston at the Charleston Visitor Center at 375 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29403. Transportation is provided in our spacious, luxurious and climate controlled Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van.
Tour Itinerary:

• 10:30am: Depart from the Charleston Visitors Center to Magnolia Plantation
• 11:30am: Arrive at Magnolia Plantation
• 12:00pm: Nature Train Tour
• 1:00pm: House Tour
• 2:00pm: Slavery to Freedom (optional) or time to explore the Gardens.
• 3:00pm: Depart Magnolia Plantation
• 4:00pm Return to the Charleston Visitors Center

 Tour Details

• We recommend our guests to arrive at the Charleston Visitors Center at 375 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29403 15 minutes prior to departure.
• Chicora Tours also provides transportation to Middleton Place during the same time slot as the Magnolia Plantation tour. There may be guests from both Middleton Place and Magnolia Plantation on the van at the same time. This will not interfere with your tour as the itinerary is set up around the transportation of guests to both plantations.
• The Charleston Visitors Center has on-site paid parking for your convenience.
• In the event of a tour cancellation, guests can cancel the tour up to 24 hours before the tour departure time and receive a full refund.  If a tour cancellation is made less than 24 hours of the tour departure time a refund will not be provided.
• A minimum of two guests booked is required for the tour to operate. If you have booked a tour and it does not operate due to minimum booking requirements a full refund will be issued to you.
