During this captivating one-hour excursion, you will journey through the Holy City’s most haunted locations, uncovering its long and eerie past. From historic graveyards to ghostly landmarks, you’ll hear chilling tales that bring Charleston’s haunted history to life.

For your safety and comfort, each tour includes both a professional driver and an expert guide. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the stories without distraction while enjoying a smooth, worry-free ride. Our spacious and luxurious Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van provides a climate-controlled escape from Charleston’s sweltering summers and brisk winters.

To ensure a personal and engaging experience, our tours are limited to just nine guests. This intimate setting allows for meaningful interaction with your guide, as well as the opportunity to ask questions along the way.

This tour operates rain or shine. However, Chicora Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of serious flooding risks or other hazardous weather conditions. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund. Refunds for general tour cancellations will be provided if canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will not be refunded.

The minimum age requirement for this tour is 12 years old. Gratuity is not included in the ticket price, and a minimum gratuity of 15-20% is expected for our guides, payable via cash or Venmo. For safety purposes, a dash camera is utilized in the van. By booking this tour, you consent to the possibility of your party being recorded on the dash camera.
